My name is Cassandra and I am a certified Level 5 Personal Trainer, coach, and the owner of Coaching with Cass.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and I am excited to help others reach their fitness goals and lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Growing up I played netball, danced competitively for 13 years, and 7+ years ago, I began weight training in the gym. This led me to compete in a bodybuilding competition in 2020.
Since then, I have taken a more balanced lifestyle approach and strive to coach and educate people about the benefits of weight training, not just for muscle growth, weight loss and bone health (just to name a few), but to improve your mental health too!
Aside from health and fitness, I am an avid reader and have read over 30 books this year. I'm a big foodie and recently enjoyed eating my way through Europe! I absolutely love travelling and exploring new countries. When the weather is nice, you'll find me at the beach, hiking, camping or out for a HGW with a coffee and a friend.
